Bring the real you. Experience the real God.
Every year hundreds of UGA and UNG students find RUF to be a place where you get to bring the real you and experience the real God. Students from all backgrounds bring their struggles with faith, questions about religion, desires to grow, and hunger to serve campus alongside new friends. We’re literally here in Athens for you—so come join us!

Why RUF is here
Reaching students for Christ and equipping them to serve.
Because there has to be a place on campus where you can bring the real you and meet the real God.
This is what we mean when we say we’re here to meet students where they are, as they are, without leaving them stuck there. The convinced can grow, the curious can explore, and the skeptic can bring real questions.

Your weekly rhythm with RUF.
Come to Large Group, a freshman night, or a weekly group in a leader’s home. Choose any card to see what it is like; every gathering welcomes students still deciding what they believe.

Large Group
A room full of genuine, welcoming people; honest and deep worship; and Bible teaching that is compelling and gracious.

Freshmen Fellowship

Fall groups · Mondays + Tuesdays
Community Groups
Weekly groups of 10–20 students where believers and skeptics can experience Gospel-rooted relationships.
First years, your first friends in Athens can start here.

Community that goes deeper
“Meet you where you are, as you are, without leaving you stuck there.”
RUF never claims to be a community of people who have arrived or have it all together. We hope students get a real taste of how God’s kingdom unites, humbles, and changes us.
